Required: Operations Manager – Accra / Kumasi
(Petroleum Depot Operations)
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead high-volume petroleum depot operations in Accra and Kumasi.
This role carries full accountability for depot throughput, stock integrity, cost control, distribution performance, and regulatory compliance within a competitive bulk oil trading environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage depot throughput and product discharge operations
· Maintain stock variance within industry thresholds
· Drive on-time delivery performance to domestic and export clients
· Control operational budgets and cost per litre efficiency
· Ensure compliance with the National Petroleum Authority
· Enforce strict HSE standards and incident prevention
Full Time
Profile:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain, Petroleum Management, or related field.
· 5+ years’ experience in petroleum depot or bulk distribution operations
· At least 3 years in a leadership role
· Strong commercial awareness and operational discipline
· Proven ability to manage risk, people, and performance metrics
This is a results-driven role for an operations leader who understands the commercial realities of Ghana’s downstream petroleum sector.
